You can transfer up to $3,000 from a bank account to in-person pickup to Cambodia via Western Union or MoneyGram for $6 to $16 but the transfer time takes 4 to 7 days. I am not sure if that amount changes depending on which country you send it to and from. I think there is an overall limit of $5,000 per transaction.
