There are plenty of ways to get around the city, but the main way is by car. The cheapest and most direct route is by road from the airport to downtown Siem Reap. It takes about an hour and a half on a motorbike or bicycle, which can be rented for about $5 per day. You will need to buy your own ticket at the border station in Siem Reap. This costs about $2.50. There are also several bus routes that go through Siem Reap. Most buses leave from the airport every 15 minutes, so it’s possible to catch one before you arrive in town. A few buses depart daily from the airport. You may find some taxis that charge more than $10 per ride.

The best way to see the sights of Cambodia is by boat. There are many options available. Some boats offer tours to the temples and other sites along the Mekong River. Others offer guided trips with guides who speak English. Many boats also offer private charter services. Prices vary depending on how far away you want to travel. For example, if you’re looking for a tour that starts in Phnom Penh, you might pay between $300 and $500 per person. On the other hand, if you’d like to visit the temples in Siem Reap during your stay, you could easily spend less than $100 per person.

If you plan to stay overnight, there are numerous hotels throughout Siem Reap. They range from small boutique hotels to large complexes with hundreds of rooms. Most are located near major attractions such as the National Museum and the Angkor Wat temple complex.
