In the last 10 years, Cambodian has changed her face to a very familiar and popular face country amongst ASEAN countries and the world due to the economic growth steadily 7% every year. Phnom Penh, the business hub has been expanding across four directions, the east, the west, the south and north. Many businessmen and investors from China, South Korea, Japans, USA, Australia, Thailand, India, Singapore, etc. have been fluxing into the Kingdom to invest in real estate, food & beverage, health & beauty, infrastructure, and construction, and other industries.
Condos, villas, and flathouses have been developed to supply the growing demand. There is no land to build flathouse for sale in the Phnom Penh capital anymore, leaving small plots of lands to build condos.
