These recently years, all the registered companies non-profit organizations in Cambodia are required by laws to have or buy National Social Security Fund (NSSF) insurance for their employees and employers as this is a part of government special commission to strengthen the social security and safety protection magnetism for Cambodian people, including expats who are working in Cambodia.
NSSF offers both health and incident insurance which you and your employees can be beneficial. For more info: http://www.nssf.gov.kh/default/language/en/
Other companies, they have both NSSF insurance and other insurance for their staff, life insurance, for example.
