Where can I find employees in Cambodia?

In Cambodia, word-of-mouth also remains a popular way to get a job. Employees will often be recruited through recommendations, friends or relatives of current employees or even through social network avenues. Recruiting the ‘old-school’ way (by asking employees to recommend people) has a big downside.

There are many ways you can find the right candidates to fill out some positions in your company.

    Work with local recruitment agencies

Are you looking for employees in Cambodia? One way to find them is by working with local recruitment agencies. These agencies will help you find the perfect candidate, even if they are not currently available. Recruiters will also screen candidates before sending them to your company, making sure that you’re happy with the person they send over. When working with a recruitment agency, you need to be clear about your requirements. If you want a local staff member, for example, you need to be very clear about what you want. If, however, you want a person with specific skills, you will need to be more specific. You can find all the recruitment agencies you may want to work with here: https://cutt.ly/jUVmlu3
